Traditional Minas Gerais cake made with cornmeal and anise, fluffy inside with a golden crust outside.
Ingredientes
- 2 xícaras fubá
- 1 xícara farinha de trigo
- 3 ovos
- 1 xícara açúcar
- 1 xícara leite
- 1 colher erva-doce
Modo de preparo
Misture todos os ingredientes secos. Adicione ovos, leite e óleo. Bata bem e leve ao forno a 180°C por 40 minutos.
