Ingredients

  1. 1 bunch of collard greens
  2. 2 cloves of minced garlic
  3. 2 tablespoons of oil
  4. Salt to taste


Preparation method:


Wash the collard greens well, remove the thick stems, and cut into thin strips.

Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until lightly golden.

Add the collard greens and stir quickly.

Season with salt and sauté for 3 to 5 minutes, until wilted.

Serve immediately.
