- 500g cooked pinto beans
- 200g sausage
- 200g manioc flour
- Sliced collard greens
- Bacon, eggs and garlic
Preparation
Fry bacon and sausage. Add garlic, drained beans and mix. Add manioc flour and collard greens. Finish with scrambled eggs.
