🍰 Mineiro Orange Cake

A light and fragrant cake, perfect to accompany afternoon coffee.

Ingredients

1. 3 eggs
2. 1 cup of sugar
3. 1/2 cup of oil
4. 1 cup of natural orange juice
5. 2 cups of wheat flour
6. 1 tablespoon of baking powder

Preparation method:

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, and oil until a light cream forms.

Add the orange juice and mix.

Gradually add the flour, stirring until a homogeneous dough forms.

Add the baking powder and mix gently.

Pour into a greased pan.

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until golden.

Serve warm or cold.
