Ingredients

  1. 2 cups of corn (kernels)
  2. 3 eggs
  3. 1 cup of sugar
  4. 1/2 cup of oil
  5. 1 cup of milk
  6. 1 cup of cornmeal
  7. 1 tablespoon of baking powder


Preparation method:

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

In a blender, blend the corn, eggs, sugar, oil, and milk until a homogeneous mixture forms.

Add the cornmeal and blend again.

Finally, add the baking powder and mix gently.

Pour the batter into a greased pan.

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until golden.

Let it cool a bit before serving — the aroma is irresistible!
