Ingredients
- 4 medium peeled potatoes
- 1 calabresa sausage sliced
- 1/2 bunch of finely chopped kale
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 1 liter of water
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- Salt to taste
Preparation method:
Cook the potatoes in water until soft.
Blend the potatoes with the cooking water in a blender until it forms a cream.
In a pot, heat the oil and fry the sausage until golden.
Add the onion and garlic and sauté.
Pour the potato cream into the pot.
Add the kale and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve very hot.
