Light, crunchy, and perfect to accompany a fresh coffee.
Ingredients
- 500 g of sour starch
- 200 ml of water
- 100 ml of oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 eggs
Preparation method:
In a saucepan, heat the water, oil, and salt until boiling.
Place the starch in a large bowl and pour the hot mixture over it.
Mix well and let it cool a bit.
Add the eggs and mix until a smooth and sticky dough forms.
Place the dough in a piping bag or use a spoon to shape the biscuits into sticks or rings.
Arrange on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 to 25 minutes, until they rise and become lightly golden.
Serve while still crunchy — it's hard to stop eating!
